We love how fresh and fun this concept is while being so serious about great food and beverages. Their selection of salads is remarkable and, of course, so is their lemonade!

We recently had the opportunity to experience MB Post in Manhattan Beach, CA. This restaurant is actually in the space occupied by what was once the city's Post Office, so they've played up that theme in every way possible! The food is great, but what really makes the experience are the details of the branding. 
From the minute we walked in and were handed a letter envelope addressed to us with our menu folded inside, and taken to our table, past the messenger's bike on the wall, we were fascinated by all the little details. The ceiling, the lighting, the decor... the balance of new and old... it was memorable. The tagline, "a social house," is played up by the seating options, which are filled with comfortable communal dining.
If you want to experience a powerful, cohesive brand, this is a must-see spot! 
If you love Umami Burger in Southern California, you'll love its sister restaurant, 800 Degrees. This may look like another pizza concept, but we assure you, it's anything but! Think: Chipotle, but with Pizza! In an era when our guests are wanting to create their own meals by modifying every dish on the menu, this concept allows them to actually create their own meal.
We love the idea of designing our own pizza, watching them bake in the oven, adding on great salads and desserts, all in a gorgeous, energetic setting!

This is restaurant with great spirit - it's definitely bold, with a nice balance of modern elements and historic touches, both macro and micro! And talk about the branding, all beginning with the name... total clarity.
If you're in LA, come check it out, but we have a feeling it will be making its way to every corner of the country very soon.
