Cocktail culture is everywhere! Spirits, wine, and beer are inspiring flavors and ingredient pairings in everything from starters and entrees, to desserts! In FoodPower's backyard, Haven Gastropub in Old Towne Orange is serving up House-Made Doughnuts with Strawberry Ale Jelly and Maple Cinnamon Whipped Cream. Being a gastropub with an extensive craft beer selection, makes it easier for Haven's Chefs to experiment with different beers. In this dessert, the Strawberry Ale Jelly is subtle in it's craft beer focus, but bold enough to get noticed.
